OK…how frustrating is it when you try to get in touch with a human when you need to discuss something? Now multiply that ten-fold when you try to get in touch with someone at a place of business that seems to do EVERYTHING they can to avoid you!
With many companies scaling back on their employee force and even more purposely making it difficult to talk to a real live person it has become critical to find your way through the maze!
So here is what happened to me just last week.
I was calling a bank (which will remain nameless) to discuss a credit card statement I received. You see my statement had an error on it with a fee that should not have been there.
After about 20 minutes of pushing every button I could find and then getting frustrated I just hung up. I thought to myself there must be an easy way to work around this automated gate keeper system. Surely there is away to get in touch with a live person!
I was very pleased to come across a website that understands this frustration and has already done all the leg work for us.
This site is awesome…I checked out about ten different companies that I do business with and was able to find exactly how to get in touch with a live person for each one!
